April 11th, 2006. Nepal. A rare male gharial crocodile in the jungle of the Royal Chitwan National Park. Mature males have the large bulbous lump at the end of their noses. Taking an elephant safari from Tiger Tops Jungle lodge in the park, guests are able to observe these rare animals in their natural habitat.
