Sept 21st, 2005. Hurricane Katrina - Rita, New Orleans, Louisiana.
Army Corps of engineers race against time to shore up weak levee
defences at the 17th street canal in New Orleans in preparation for
Hurricane Rita storm surge that could once again swamp the city.
The Corps dammed the canal with steel plates to prevent water
entering the city. Behind engineers is the breach in the levee that
swamped the city.
