30th Oct, 2005. After Katrina, New Orleans, Louisiana. Riding on the Grayline bus tour for residents of the Lower 9th ward. Residents can only visit the area on special busses and are not permitted to gte off the bus except at one designated location to view a 'typical' house. Petrina Peters (mid) points out her house to her cousin Barbara Cleves as she holds back the tears. Petrina's house was destroyed by the storm. She was rescued from the rooftop two days after the flood waters rose.
