October 31st, 2005. Halloween, post Katrina, New Orleans. As the city returns to a strange sense of normalcy and the citizens return, New Orleans once again hosts a Halloween parade and party. The parade makes its way down Bourbon Street where participants dressed as refrigerators pass a flasher.
