9th December, 2005. New Orleans, Louisiana. Post hurricane Katrina light after the storm. Al Copeland, controversial wealthy local businessman and owner of several 'Copeland's' restaurants in the city puts on his famous light display at his house to the west of the city. Copeland insisted on having the show to help cheer the childen of the city, many of whom will have come to the display for years.
