30th Jan, 2006. New Orleans, Louisiana. Five months after hurricane Katrina hit the city, the University of New Orleans welcomes some 12,000 students back to their Lakefront campus. Lecturer Dr Phyllis Raabe teaches her Introductory Sociology to students in a temporary tent as the facility looks to upgrade all its facilities.
