1st Feb 2006. New Orleans, Louisiana. Bill Phillips of the Arabi Wrecking Krewe lets go of a wheel barrow full of moldy sheetrock in the Gentilly neighbourhood. As federal, state and local authorities dither, members of the Arabi Wrecking Krewe, many of them musicians themselves, team up to strip homes of fellow musicians ready to be repaired. To date the Krewe has stripped over 40 homes.
