4th Feb, 2006. New Orleans, Louisiana. Roxanne Baracco suveys the extraordinary damage wrought to her father's business, Mardi Gras City, supplier of mardi gras beads, throws and other float paraphenalia after a tornado ripped through Iris Ave at River Bend in uptown New Orleans a few days earlier. Mardi Gras city barely survived hurricane Katrina. The tornado crashed directly over the building, just missing Roxanne's home, directly behind the warehouse.
