May 1st, 2006. New Orleans, Louisiana. School Children from The Max Band play outside Tipitina's in uptown New Orleans. Many of the students received new musical instruments from the 'Instruments a comin' benefit of the Tipitina's Foundation, a charity set up in the city to stimulate the recovery of New Orleans musical heritage.
