May 2nd, 2006. Plaquemines Parish just south of New Orleans, Louisiana. Over 8 months after hurricane Katrina and still the parish remains in ruins. Desolate buildings with graffiti sprayed on the walls. No Trespassing - if caught i will shoot to kill.
