29 August 2006 - New Orleans - Louisiana. Lower 9th ward. A tug boat moves a barge full of scrap metal up the Industrial Canal. The levee wall (to the rt out of frame) burst during hurricane Katrina, swamping the Lower 9th ward, killing hundreds of victims.
